The Soccerpulse.com Manchester United prediction league is back for the new season, where Max Power looks to defend his title as Champion Predictor 2008. The prediction league is open to everyone - regardless of team allegiances. All you have to do is sign up using the register link on the left. When you've registered, login and click "view fixtures" on the navigation bar, choose the next fixture, and click predict! Make your prediction, click submit, and that's it! Points will usually be updated a few hours after the match.

How are points awarded?
Points are awarded as follows:
Half Time Score: 3 points for correctly predicting the score and team leading at half time OR 1 point for only getting the leading team right.
Full Time Score: 5 points for correctly predicting the final score and winning team OR 1 point for only getting the winning team right.
First Scorer: 5 points for predicting the correct scorer (even if it's an own goal)
MOTM: 5 points for predicting the correct Man of the match (as decided by the BBC Player Rater)
